NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE GLENDENE COMMUNITY SOCIETY 

This is to give Notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Glendene Community Society will be held at the Glendene Community Hub, 82 Hepburn Road, Glendene on Thursday the 17 October 2024 at 6.00pm.

 

An Agenda for this Annual General Meeting will be sent out by Thursday 12 October 2024.

 

Notice of any other Formal Motion must be given to the Secretary at 7 days (ie before Thursday 10 October 2024) before the meeting so that proper notice and preparations can be taken.

 

Nominations for the Board close at 5pm on Thursday 10 October 2024 and completed forms must be sent to the Secretary (secretary@glendenecommunity.org.nz) by then. Nomination forms are available at the Hub and online on the Hub website. Any apologies can be provided to the Secretary.
